Introduction
For skillful players, results from the Squad Under 12 section of the National Junior Squad Championships count towards selection for the England Under 11 team trials.
The Getting selected box in the right hand column of this page tells you how the Squad Under 12 section is organised.
If you're not familiar with the England trials, take a look at How to qualify.
The National Junior Squad Championship is a three day event open to all players of a reasonable standard, aged under 16.
If you are not already part of the squad but you do sufficiently well, this event can be used as part of your qualification for it.
The England Under 11 team is just a part of the National Junior Squad.
If you are aged 12 or over and you are not already a member of the National Junior Squad, you can use results from the Under 14 and Under 16 Championships of this event as part of your qualification.
