For those who do well in their Megafinal, the Northern Gigafinal will be played over this weekend.  If you are up to age 10, you will play on Saturday.  If you are aged 11 to 18 you will play on Sunday.

The under 11, under 13 and under 16 sections of the British Junior Championships are played this week.  The competition for the under 15 title will be played as part of the under 16 event.  Each competition is played over 7 rounds.

The British Rapidplay championships are held in Halifax (West Yorkshire).  On Saturday, it has an England Under 11 trials qualifier competition.  On Sunday, there are under 16 and under 12 championships where players can also compete for under 14 and under 10 titles.
